Beginners’ Program

There are no shortcuts to learning Kung Fu. It is a complete body art that quickly uncovers each student’s unique strengths and weaknesses. New students must first learn the system’s fundamental exercises, basic stances, and core techniques. The use of focus pads, heavy bags, partner drills, and conditioning exercises allow the dedicated student to develop strength and power in a natural and effective manner.

Once students achieve a solid foundation in the basics and with the proper conditioning, one can execute martial art techniques with explosive power, blinding speed, and unwavering focus. Accomplished Wah Lum practitioners can demonstrate movement that is both beautiful and deadly.
